The Rapier V1 has a weird shape that is really strange at first but I found I was missing it so much when I'm using a school computer. Once you get used to it the design really melts into your hand. The scroll wheel is place to the left of your index finger which is weird at first but I find in games its extremely beneficial as you can keep you finger on the left click button while still accessing the scroll wheel.
The click is short and definitely great for shooters and other games in which you have to rapid tap the buttons, however its stiff at first.You can change the sensitivity of the mouse through a wheel on the left of the mouse. There is an option for gaming and and casual/working. Your thumb naturally lands on the two programmable bottons on the side making it easily to access.
They are large and easy to find with out looking down unlike some others. There is a little area in the bottom for 5 little stainless steel weights and is helpful is the mouse is too light or heavy. The mouse is very smooth and is extremely reactive due to gold plated usb contacts. A little button on the middle gives you a double click. Software is included to program the extra buttons.
