@nmol rates this game: 5/5This is by far the best DBZ ever to be released. If you have played Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi then you can see Tenkaichi 2 as a mix of those two games. In story mode you can now fly freely wherever you want and you can set the battles to three difficulty levels. There is now also an tag-team battle in versus mode. For example; if you choose Goku and Vegeta you can use the tag option to do the fusion technique and become Gogeta. And you can transform into Super Saiyan whenever you want to if you have unlocked that ability. There are now all characters of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT and the movies so you have a lot of characters to make your favorite. You can also create an custom character for example; pick Vegeta and upgrade his speed,ki,strength,etc. And you can choose if you want to have your character to be the best in: hand-to-hand-combat, beams or overall. And there are many other options you can choose from!

redpanther24 rates this game: 5/5Budokai Tenkaichi 3 features 161 characters, almost the largest in any fighting game; being topped by Tobal 2, for which Akira Toriyama was a designer. Ryo Mito stated that the game would feature never-before-seen characters made exclusively for the game, referring to the Saiyans' Great Ape forms.[1] Gamestop offered an exclusive version with a bonus DVD containing the top 10 television series battles as voted by fans on the release date.
Mangybeard rates this game: 5/5All the quality play we've come to expect from the Budokai Tenkaichi series, but with a new coat of paint (it's definitely prettier) and a roster of HOLY F**KBALLS EVERYONE'S IN HERE! Single-player is arguably the weakest in the series (many of the fights feel more like a kinda-interactive movie), but the updated roster of friggin' anyone who ever thought of being a fighter combined with a better variety of battlegrounds makes multiplayer great enough to more than make up for this.
Grab a couch, grab a friend, and enjoy this masterpiece (unlock some characters first, though, for variety's sake).
